Authentication

The OctoDash API uses API keys to authenticate requests. You can view and manage your API key in the dashboard. Your API carry the privilege of accessing your Custom User Action and Metrics for all your websites.

All API requests must be made over HTTPS with the header X-API-KEY.

Managing your API Key.

To get your API Key, first enter your account, click on the top-right profile and select 'API Key'.

If you need to rotate the API Key, follow the previous steps and click on 'New API Key'.

When generating a new API Key, all the previous will stop working
